§ 12-206. Violations.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction of such violation, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $500.00 and the unlawful operation of any coin operated machine shall constitute a distinct and separate offense for each day that the same is operated, or exhibited.
