1.41, 3.202, 2.304, adopted June 8, 1981; and Ord. No. 156-A, §§ 1(1.41), (2.304),
adopted May 5, 1998.
Texas Manufactured Housing Standards Act, V.T.C.A., Occupations Code § 1201.001 et
seq.; regulation of certain types of housing and buildings, reservation of municipal
authority, V.T.C.A., Occupations Code § 1202.252; regulation by municipality of mobile
and manufactured housing, V.T.C.A., Occupations Code § 1201.008.
Unless otherwise specified, the provisions of this chapter apply to manufactured home
parks and subdivisions and recreational vehicle parks within city limits and extraterritorial
jurisdiction of the city.
