§ 30-121. Litter.

(a)

It shall be unlawful to dispose, allow or permit the disposal of litter at a place that is not an approved solid waste site, including a place on or within 300 feet of a public highway, on a right-of-way, or other public or private property.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for a person to transport litter to a place that is not an approved solid waste site for disposal at the site.
