The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this division, shall have the
meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates
a different meaning:
Parade means any parade, march, demonstration, public assemblage, ceremony, show, exhibition,
pageant, or procession of any kind, or any similar display, in or upon any street,
park, alley or plaza or other public thoroughfare in the city.
Parade permit means a permit as required by this division.
