§ 50-53. Failure to appear.

In the event any person fails to comply with a notice given to such person or attached to a vehicle, fails to make an appearance pursuant of a summons direction attached to a vehicle, or fails to make an appearance in the municipal court, or if any person fails or refuses to deposit bail as required, the clerk of the municipal court shall have a complaint entered against such person and secure and issue a warrant for his arrest. The warrant shall be delivered to the police department and shall be served by an officer of the department.
