§ 50-114. Existing devices; authority to install as needed.

All traffic control signs, signals and devices erected or installed by city employees or officials on or before the date of the adoption of the ordinance from which this article is derived are hereby approved and ratified by the city council, and the chief of police or other designated city official or employee is authorized to erect and install traffic signs, signals and devices in the future as are necessary to reflect traffic control regulations adopted by the city council.
