§ 2-204. Removal of commissioners.

Any member of the commission may be removed at any time by a majority vote of the city council for inefficiency, neglect of duty, or malfeasance in office. If for any reason the office of any member of the commission shall have been vacated by removal, or otherwise, the appointment and confirmation to fill such vacancy shall be made for the unexpired term of the vacated office.
