§ 28-4. Location.

(a)

Inside city limits. No recreational vehicle parks, manufactured home parks or manufactured home subdivisions shall be located within the corporate limits of the city except as set forth in the zoning ordinance of the city. All parks already in existence and operation at the time of passage of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall be treated as a nonconforming use insofar as the requirements of this chapter are concerned, provided however, that there shall not be an increase in size or usage without complying with the provisions of this chapter.

(b)

Extraterritorial jurisdiction of city. No recreational vehicle parks, manufactured home parks, manufactured home subdivision shall be located within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the city without complying with the requirements set forth in this chapter. An increase in size or usage of all parks already in existence and operation at the time of passage of the ordinance codified in this chapter shall comply with the provisions of this chapter.
